Over the last six weeks, a group of talented students from Malmö Borgarskola in Sweden embarked on an enriching experience in the vibrant city of Krakow as part of the Erasmus+ program. Their internships focused on gaining valuable work experience in hospitality, sales, and business sectors, with placements in renowned establishments including Hyatt, Wyndham, H15 Hotel Francuski, and Kaufland at the Sukiennice Rękodzieło Sztuka Ludowa store.

While immersing themselves in their professional endeavors, these young Swedes also eagerly explored the cultural and historical treasures of Krakow and its surroundings. Visits to Auschwitz, Zakopane, and the Wieliczka Salt Mine provided profound experiences, complemented by frequent excursions to local museums, cultural performances, and leisurely moments in charming cafes.

Through their internships, the group not only refined their professional skills but also gained a deeper understanding of business and hospitality. Their enthusiasm, fueled by memorable experiences, resonated throughout their stay, leaving an indelible mark on their memories. As they bid farewell to Krakow, the Swedes carry with them invaluable professional insights and cherished memories of this extraordinary city.
