2025-01-27 17:34:43

END OF 2024 with ErasmusKrakow The end of the year has been again rich in cultural, professional, and personal exchanges.

In November and December, the team of Erasmus Krakow had the pleasure of welcoming new students and teachers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, and Sweden.

All were able to pursue professional activities through internships, workshops, or job shadowing in their respective fields: tourism, hospitality, tailoring, mechatronic and logistics, support and assistance for vulnerable people, teaching, and inclusion. On this last point, the three-day workshop on diversity and inclusion, elements at the heart of the Erasmus Program, organized with teachers of different nationalities at our office was enriching and interesting.

Extra-curricular activities have also been rewarding as the traditional discovery of the old town and its market, the visit to the Wawel Castle, or again the visit to the new Photography Museum. Furthermore, we were able to meet up with several of you at a cinema screening about Poland, and some of you have discovered the snow-covered heights of Zakopane and the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

The visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, whose 80th anniversary of liberation was commemorated on 27 January this year, with German and Swedish students has been also an emotional and essential moment of remembrance and history.

Thank you again to everyone, students, teachers, host companies, and tutors, for your commitment and interest in these various events.

The Erasmus Krakow team wishes you all the best for 2025!!!
